We service the following Perkin-Elmer systems:

- Autosystem XL GC
- ATD/Turbomatrix and headspace
- IR Spectrum 100 and Spectrum 2 ranges
We have 3 different service package levels to offer you a choice of the support levels you need, and can cover PerkinElmer, or instruments from other leading manufacturers.
All our service plans are supported by quality spare parts, and as we are an independent provider we are able to offer objective advice about upgrades or new equipment.
Standard Plan

- 1 PM visit per year scheduled at the customers’ request (travel and labor covered).

Premium Plan
Designed to give reassurance at fixed costs.
What's included in our Premium Plan?
- All inclusive service contract covering all breakdowns.
- 1 PM visit per year scheduled at the customers’ request (parts, travel and labor covered).
- Email and telephone support.
- Remote support.
Multi-Instrument Plan
All technologies under one plan.
What does the Multi-Instrument plan include?
- An umbrella contract covering multiple instruments.
- Provides heavily discounted engineer labour visits.
- Equipment from multiple manufacturers covered under one plan.
- Instruments can be added to the plan at no extra cost.
- Flexible visits that can be used for PM's, breakdowns, training or relocation etc.
- Email and telephone support.
