All KRSS instruments are thoroughly inspected by KRSS-trained engineers (including all components and parts), cleaned and decontaminated, completely refurbished (defective parts and components are replaced with genuine parts), serviced and bench-tested to ensure the equipment meets our Used | Refurbished | KRSS Approved specifications – this guarantees quality, performance and reliability at a fraction of the OEM costs.

With over 50 different instruments in stock, covering all major manufacturers KRSS has systems for a variety of application requirements. All instruments are supplied with a comprehensive warranty and optional service contracts to ensure trouble-free operation.

Even without the current financial crisis that is impacting each and every one of us, we still have budgets we need to stick to, and we still want a good ROI.

Being independent service providers, means we have lower overheads. This means we can afford to be cheaper than others and in turn pass those savings on.

When working with an OEM, chances are you will just be allocated to whoever is available at the time. The original manufacturer has a large workforce at its disposal.

OK, this isn’t a bad thing, it means they can deploy someone quickly, but what it does mean is they then lack that personal touch you can get with an independent service provider.

You can build up a strong working relationship with your engineer, they will understand your environment better, and get to know you personally and the ways you like to work.
It’s this personal touch that comes with independent service providers that adds value to your already great service.

This is a key one for us. The independent service providers sometimes have no affiliation with the OEM’s like KRSS. Why is this a benefit?

From our position, having no affiliation means we can give honest and relevant advice without the pressure of recommending any one instrument, part or service.
