Our expertise in the LCMS Service, GCMS Service, HPLC Service, GC Service and MS equipment has allowed us to lead the way in developing customer focussed support packages. KRSS customises each contract to meet the needs of the individual customer. We put together service packages which maximise the benefit to our customers, whilst giving due consideration to costs.

- All inclusive service contract covering all breakdowns.

Multi-Instrument Plan
All technologies under one plan.
What does the Multi-Instrument plan include?
- An umbrella contract covering multiple instruments.
- Provides heavily discounted engineer labour visits.
- Equipment from multiple manufacturers covered under one plan.
- Instruments can be added to the plan at no extra cost.
- Flexible visits that can be used for PM's, breakdowns, training or relocation etc.
